The Ugandan government pays for education for all students through the sixth grade. Education beyond that is provided primarily by privately-run boarding schools to which the students are required to pay tuition. Sister Ephrance came to have a conversation with the women below about BARHD - Bushenyi Alliance for Rural Health & Development. Rarely do we get a chance to experience the personal presence of a powerful human force such as Sister Ephrance.
